Extra-Curricular Clubs and Trips

Extra-curricular clubs and trips play a crucial role in enhancing the overall educational experience for our pupils. These opportunities provide a platform for them to further develop their skills, interests, and talents outside of the regular curriculum. By participating in extra-curricular activities, students can explore new passions, build social connections, and improve their physical and mental well-being. Additionally, these clubs and activities contribute to creating a vibrant and inclusive school community where all pupils have the chance to engage and excel outside of the classroom.

At Tottington Primary School, we value highly the extra-curricular opportunities that we provide for our pupils. We are proud of our offer and have enjoyed so many of our students participating in such a broad range of activities; learning new skills, developing existing ones as well as learning crucial skills such as teamwork, creativity, innovation, fair play and cooperation through different activities.  Year 3/4 Jungle Parc Trip

Lower KS2 enjoyed a trip to Jungle Parc in the Summer term! We had a fabulous day building friendships, working together and encouraging each other over obstacles we found difficult  & challenging, which gave us all a great opportunity to put our perseverance and resilience into practice. A great day was had by all!

Year 1/2 Trip to Blackpool Zoo

Key Stage 1 enjoyed a trip to Blackpool in the Summer term! In Science, we have been learning all about animal classifications and habitats, and the children enjoyed spotting mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds....although we didn't manage to spot any fish!  Front row seats to the sea lion show was a real highlight! Our children behaved impeccably, and a wonderful day was had by all!
